Hey Guys,
I've been developing a program recently (for PC) and I was wondering how many people would find it remotely useful.
Basically, it's an FTP client designed specifically for PS3.
It essentially has the same features as FileZilla or WinSCP (can transer files, list directories, ect) but would be designed with the PS3's needs in mind.
For example, a lot of people (including me) run into problems with the other FTP problems not being able to list the directories in a folder. My FTP program already has the functionality to catch this and repeat the listing so that this error never comes up.
My program can also reconnect to the PS3 automatically (I'm not sure if other people get errors involving the PS3 disconnecting, but I do).
It also has the ability to list game names instead of id's
(Instead of a folder being titled
"BCES00081"
it would say
"Killzone 2 [BCES00081]")
And other features.
Would anybody probably find this program useful? I'm working on this along with about 6 other computer projects and am trying to figure out if it's got priority =D
(BTW sorry for the messy post- I'm tired. Don't hate me :p)
