Im just wondering whether it would be possible to get "Free PS3 games" onto the PS3 by Jailbreaking it with your iPhone.

For example, there is a video which says you can change your iPod into a USB itself so you can transfer stuff easier. Here it is...

Yeah its possible but to upload a game to a file sharing website and for someone else to download it would take a long time due to the size of a PS3 game.
