1. Ive heard somewhere that you can't play online with jailbroken ps3 is that true?

2. If I do this will I be able to host challenge lobbies?(of course after I set it up)

3. Finally how do I get the jailbreak from my 3.41 ps3 to my 3.5 ps3?

1. I think there is a way to play online with this DNS thing but i'm not sure if it's Patched yet.
2. Yes, you will be able to put the Patch on your PS3 then Update or if you have 2 PS3's use the Transfer Data function to get the Patch to your 3.50 PS3.
3. What do you mean with that do you mean using the Jailbreak on 3.50? You simply can't it's Patched by Sony.
