(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); After you back up mw2 to an external hdd (i think you can i dont have a jailbreak but as far as i now its possible) you install a patch with ftp server after you want a new attach you connect the hdd to your pc go trough mw2 files until you find patch_mp.ff delete he file and then either drag and drop your new patch into the HDD or use ftp severer to download an new one.

OR if you cant drag and drop i think you will need a blank one in its place to install a new one not sure can anyone try this as i think it will work just dont have a jailbreak or i would test it my self.

their is a patch on the cd put mw2 in the tray then use ftp then go to dev/bld i think thats what its called its right before dev/flash. then u can see what is on the cd
