What if we had custom firmware??
I mean, it gives you the option to install via USB stick.
So for example, if i took 3.41 and made my ps3 think it was the latest update, i could have 3.41 installed on my ps3 and i could happily jailbreak.

maybe im talkin crap but brainstorm your own ideas

the ps3 wont let u downgrade as it adds all lower FW to a blacklist. the only way would to mod the 3.41, to make the system see it as a FW higher than 3.5
