What about a .self file that lets you install and run unsigned Pkgs or simply making something like backup manager or the ftp server into a .self file? Don't flame just an idea, and the unkn0wn said look into past exploits, and someone told me that this exploit is unpatchable.

ELF2SELF didnt brick your PS3 but its long patched
The thing that bricked PS3s was a fake PSP emulater ( wasent even in a self format )
And the person wasent REALLY on the TEAMICE team.. ELF2SELF was a simple little exploit that allowed you to run unsigned selfs even if it worked most of the apps still wouldnt work for instance bdvd emulation thats done through the payload

Well I am now trying to figure out how to possibly get a signed package and take the siganture and then use it on the ftp server pkg....
