(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Before i start im going to say is IDK how to do this. I posted this up becuase maybe someone somewhere knows how
Basicly: You need a EEPROM Programmer, and knowledge of how to use it, and how to re-flash it.
Know if someone know how to do this it would be GREAT!

As Shiver once said it isn't just to do with an EEPROM prgrammer. There are e-fuses and such which make it a WHOLE lot harder if not impossible.

Sure, remove your eeprom and then how do you propose you can get by the efuses within the cpu die that prevent the newelly downgraded firmware from running?

You cannot. End of story.

Unless their is a hardware glitch added (Think GeoSnot's original hack) that allows you to bypass the efuse check, you still are no where.
