For pc you can get an aim bot online but any other systems = no unless you would count the red laser as an aimbot then you would have to get infected from a challenge lobby otherwise if your looking for story / spec ops then look through youtube theres a lot

Someone made one somewhere search it. Or you can always make your own with .gsc coding.
