According to leaked Sony court papers, the consumer electronics giant is going after every PS3 hack possible including PSFreedom and PSGroove. Third parties denote that Mathiuelh himself is included after telling the BBC that there were 20 hackers behind PSGroove. Another website also claims that a website is mentioned which provides a lot of tutorials on various dubious PS3 hacking activity. Although we expect Sony going after websites will be those one hosting copyrighted files and the like, afterall a lot of hacking talk takes place on Twitter and Youtube!

I'd say this forum, PS3News, and the various PS3-hacks/hax websites may become targets. PS3News definitely will since some of the things off of there are already in the Exzibhits. Hopefully they won't get shutdown though.

Sony is worried right now because of the jailbreak. They aren't sure what to do but shutting down those websites wont have a major impact. The files from the website will still be up on the internet

They are not only after the people who created it, they are after anyone who has written a tutorial, anyone who has the files available for download, anyone that has a good knowledge of the PSJailbreak and hacking the PS3.
