You can't downgrade your PS3.
You need to a find a new PS3 with Firmware 3.41.

i bought one new extra for the jailbreak.
is worth it.
i got all latest games around 12.
and you have a emergency PS3 just in case or u sell ur ps3 with firmware3.50
