Can’t trickshot me!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am selling my ps3 with firmware 3.50 to buy a brand new one. Do all brand new PS3`s come with old firmware or do I need to ask the shop to check if its 3.41 or older ?

i bought a new one 2 days ago 120gb slim had firmware 3.30 on so i update it to 3.41 and here we go .

new 320gb wont have debug mode so you cant jailbreak them.

I told my son to ask the shop seller what firmware it has for the 120gig lol.....or should I take it for granted and just buy a new one without asking ?

was worried maybe Sony told the resellers to update the new ones

No that wouldn't work. They would not take them out of the boxes to update them.

so should I buy one blindly from the agent ?

sorry for asking but I just sold one of my 2 ps3`s which both had 3.50 and dont want to get stuck with another 3.50

If you buy a brand new ps3 it should be on 3.30 firmeware the only one that would is the 320gb im pretty sure
