I plug it in to my USB port the LED's are red & blue,pops up with "USB Device Not Recognized" I click on it & update driver advanced > C:\Program Files\ATMEL\Flip 3.4.2\usb > cannot continue the hardware update.

When I go into Atmel Flip(3.4.2) I select ATmega32U2 >Click on USB I get these errors
