All the prestige hack is... is really just two game saves. MPDATA game saves in MW2 store info about splitscreen classes, stats, and so on. No GSC scripts for modding lobbies.

Patch files (.ff in MW2) are used for modifying a game after release and are the key for hacked lobbies. They are not game saves, and cannot be loaded onto the PS3 like the prestige hack.
