Which version are you using the original, or a clone. That makes a big difference on getting the chip to be recognized.

This is Bullshit, The exploit was patched in 3.42 so you will never be able to JailBreak newer firmwares.
Get your facts straight, All sony did it make the chips used not recognized as a valid JIG, other words if the unit isn't licensed by sony it wont work, As with some of the aftermarket PS3 Controllers. Using the original Chip still functions.
BRANCO industries uses a atmel chip, they had to quickly release a firmware update for their Branco PS3 Controller to MAKE IT WORK AGAIN.
It is it 100% probable tat updating the firmware in the Jailbreak would result in compatibility with future Firmwares.
