Well depends where you live because you could check out your local gaming shop and most the ps3s they sell will still have 3.41 (or lower) on it unless they got a new batch of ps3s in recently

ebay.... or go to a game shop and ask for the oldest ps3 they have and ask to check firmware :y: my mate did it.
