ok i will,
first off you will need to bypass the cod 4 patch by using a proxy server or resistance fall of man...dont know how click this You must login or register to view this content.
then when you have that downloaded open it and put your ip adress in then make the port 8080 if its not already...
then go to your ps3 hit network settings custom and configure your net the same way you would but when you get to prox server hit use and put your ip address from the patch blocker in then port 8080 then hit start blocking on the patch blocker...then get a usb plug it in your ps3 and go to save game data utility and find the cod4 files and copy them to your usb then plug that into your pc and open your usb hit ps3 keep clicking till you see some files click on them until you see cod4 then go to the personal codes section of NGU then copy and paste thos codes into the two files then copy thos back to your ps3 delete the cod4 patch then load it up and go to multiplayer wait 30 seconds then hit play online and do private/cage match w/e
