Yep, basically how do i open GRAD0_MP ? what programmes do i need to open it?

Secondly ive got EliteMossy's patch blocker but when i try to open it it says "1002 x 3 File Missing In System 32 Folder Install The Required File In The Tool File ..!" I have .NET 4 framework - any help on this at all?

Well you can open GRAD0_MP with notepad, not sure about the patch blocker, try re-downloading it.

Well theres 2 ways, Notepad, which is the most used or if you know the numbers for hex editor try HxD i used both.

Secondly, i have no idea since i use RFOM and since u can get that pre owned for like under £10 i would say order that

Use notepad HxD is for only people who know hex numbers just open then past and save done
