I am running Windows XP Latest Service Pack. I am wirelessly connected to my router on my PC, and I have an ethernet cable running between my PS3 and PC.
I understand to do the short range data transfer with hamachi, I need to bridge my PS3 LAN to hamachi.
PROBLEM IS: My PS3 LAN connection wont show up in my 'Networks' (control panel > Network Connections) So I cant see anything but my normal wireless internet and the hamachi connections!
DO I need to do everything wired? I tried resetting my PS3 settings, going into wired connection, fillin in the IP stuff... No PS3 Lan network is detected on my PC!
^ Yeah I set mine to easy, and also, make sure the ethernet cables are plugged in correctly.. most ethernet ports have orange/green lights that go on if its working.
