sense a problem? alright i already know you can download a 3.41 firmware and the hazey part is----

do i put it on the root of a portable HDD?
if so how do i find it on ps3 and how will i select it to update

p.s. i have a 400 gig hdd portable

Ok heres an easy tutorial man. Open your USB stick on pc, create a folder called PS3. Then inside the PS3 Folder you create another folder called Update. You download the 3.41 Update .PUP file and place it in the PS3/Update Folder. Insert usb in ps3 and update via media storage device.

ok so download on 3.41 FW on destop get USB flashdrive whatever you wanna call it. Now open your flashdrive and make a folder call "PS3" and inside this folder make a other called "UPDATE" then put the firmware you downloaded into the update which is in the ps3 file. Now I'm kinda thinking you wanna jailbreak your ps3 now u shouldn't be able to sign in so download elite mossy patch blocker (the newest version) after you download and put ur ip etc turn off your ps3 and start runing the patch blocker.now if u did everthing well u should be able tto sign in then all you gotta do is jailbreak your ps3.
