dont think im a retard for not knowing what jail breaking is i do but just a bit.
Now?
1)Can i jail break my current ps3 ( firmware 3.50 )?

2) what happens when i do? ( please include a lot of detail )

3) is it worth it?
will i get me banned?

I mainly want it for getting cod hacks and getting copied games.
but the overall question is
will it screw up my playstation

jailbreaking your ps3 is basically just hacking it which allows you to have stuff that sony does not approve of and pirate games and you will not get banned but it can be harmful to your ps3 if you dont know what your doing
you cant jailbreak your current 3.50 fw yet but it will be realesed soon for it

ive seen people on youtube and google posting that u can jail break at firmware 3.50.
btw has anyone found a way to go down a firmware? im sorta lost on this whole thing maily because i dont know were to look...

so basically jail breaking ur ps3 is like jail breaking your itouch/iphone?

yea its just like jailbreaking ur ipod or iphone and you cant downgrade ur ps3 but the new jailbreak will be released soon..
