Are you sure that your ps3 is on 3.41?

If so, are you pressing the eject button as soon as you press the power button?

yes I am pressing the eject button straight away,
also how do I check if its 3.41

At the XMB go to settings - system settings - system information

Its the first line "System Software"

If you aren't on 3.41 then its tough luck for now
