Main questions i have:

If I jailbreak, then update my system to get online, the jailbreak won't work right..

If I jailbreak, then port a patch over to my other ps3.. I can unjailbreak and make the other ps3 normal again right

download the thing from above and make a folder on your USB call PS3 in the UPDATE and in the update put the file u downloaded and put it in ur PS3 go to SYSTEM UPDATE and UPDTAE VIA MEDIASTORAGE Guess that helped you

If you update then you will be online but you will lose your jailbreak ability and anything to do with jailbreaking, except for modded patches

If you update to the latest firmware (3.50 atm) then you will lose your jailbreak capabilities, but be able to go online.

But if you stick with 3.41 or below you can jailbreak. To unjailbreak your ps3 you simply just dont start up using your jailbreak device and to take it a step further, delete any ftp or backup manger.. or even just restore.

But theres really no point to that

I have an ipod touch 2g but it wont work to my knowledge :confused: /facepalm
And I would rather buy a plug in and play device as I not confident in doing it myself in case it goes wrong

Yea cant do it with ipod touch 2G unfortunately mate..

But well iv heard the ps3break is good. But really think you should just wait from responses to see what dongle is cheap but works
