I used that program before and had many errors unpacking PKGs. I don't know if it will make CFW though.

Do you think that it would be able to decrypt the .PUP files?

I don't see how something running in CMD on a computer results to CFW on PS3.

I wouldnt no. But i wouldnt of thought it could be this easy.
