Requirements:
2 Ps3's one on 3.41 with jailbreak and one on 3.50 to download the map packs
PC
Usb memory stick

1. Download the map packs onto your Pc using the method below
You must login or register to view this content.

2. Once you have the map packs on your pc you change the names of the file to something shorter like WAW MP3.pkg or something

3. Put the map pack pkg's onto a usb memory stick

4. Jailbreak your ps3 with a payload that has support for retail pkg like hermes v4b

5. Plug Usb in and go to install packages under the game tab
Finally install your map packs and dont forget that when you data transfer to new ps3 you have to activate them by dl them of psn and then cancelling

To download the map packs you have to have a ps3 on 3.50 then you use the proxy server gui to download the map packs onto your pc

I downloaded a retail map pack from PS3News for WaW. It successfully installed on my Jailbroken Ps3 but when I loaded WaW I could not select my map pack. Looked at the Game Data on XMB and the WaW patch had increased to the expected size. Very confusing. Any ideas why?

it needs to be activated. anyway couldn't you just download the map packs on the 3.50 ps3 and then just use the data transfer utility to copy the map packs over to the 3.41 ps3?

How do you activate it on a 3.41 ps3? I thought to activate you had to sign in to PSN on the account. And can't do it the data transfer utility way because it does not work from 3.50-->3.41 . Only works from low firmware to high firmware, not high firmware to low firmware.

You cant activat them on a 3.41 ps3 that is what the 3.50 ps3 is for you data transfer them to that ps3 and then you activate by going to psn store then download list and then downloading the map pack and then you cancel it after it says activating

Its an alright tut, most ppl already knew this but good for the ppl who didnt.

So will this work with Psgrrove 1.1 payload?

No you can only data transfer 3.41> up to 3.50 not vice versa
