For now the website only contains game demos retails, but homebrew will soon make their appearance. The advantage is that you can connect to this site without being in 3.50 from the moment an internet connection is set on your PS3.
It is therefore a copy of the PSN, but with the possibility to consult without being updated, it will save you having to manually upload the demos / homebrew through a USB or You must login or register to view this content.
Once in place the homebrew, this site will surely become a must and we will gain speed and simplicity.

Step by step guide:
1) Boot your PS3 in JB mode (you can DL in normal mode but not install the game)
2) Set up your internet connection
*From this point be carefull not to accept any firmware update, and to be sure turn off automatic updating
3) Start up your PS3 browser (and go to google to test if your connection is working)

5) Find your demo/app
6) Be sure to have a hard drive or USB plugged into your PS3
7) Press download
It will ask you where to download too, only option should be your USB
