My guess is your are trying to download files from someone who claims they have a 3.50 JB. Well it doesn't exists as of this moment.

It all depends on the FW of your ps3, 3.41 and lower is exploitable, the recent 3.50 is garbage, go check the FW (firmware) of your PS3 under system settings and post it.
