wait one question if someone buys a PS Downgrader and then sony brings out for example 3.51 and it doesnt work anymore the person who bougth that is fuked right? lol

Most likely since sony would probably see what it takes to downgrade and patch it. But you never know, they could easily slip up and leave it open, or we might have another process for downgrade.
