Psgrade is not released yet its a open source of psdowngrade just like psgroove is a open source of jailbreak. To downgrade you can only get psdowngrade at the moment for that to work you need a official jailbreak dongle. Once psgrade is released we can flash it to a usb board and downgrade. Hope this cleared things up.
