Post: Step by Step PS Upgrader Instructions

I've tried installing/configuring via XP 32 bit and Win7 64bit. In XP 32 I'm completely unable to get the PS JB to actually recognize at all, where as with Win7 64bit it does Recognize as a Generic USB hub. I then take the "libusb0.sys" and "libusb0.dll" files and place them in the according C:\Windows\System folders, but when I click "Get Serial No" I always get the same "NO DONGLE"
You'd think the people who designed the JB would've posted clear and concise step by steps to support the product that we all paid some good dollars for, but of course there is no support. They've released 3 versions of Upgrader with still end users not being able to install the downgrade.
Can anybody please post some clear step by steps as I've searched all forums and have found no clear answer.
