The reason why I would like to have a jailbroken ps3 with fw 3.50 is not because I want to go online (btw, you will never be able to go online with a jailbroken ps3, maybe only for 1 day till sony patch it) it is just for playing a lot of games that requiere fw 3.50.
Also, I think the x3max is fake. They will wait till somebody else make a solution for 3.50. If they already got a solution for that, they could easily make a video proof of it, playing some games from HDD that need 3.50. They would also increase their sells, so why not?

Fake payload. 3.50 cannot under any circumstances be jailbroken. It has to be downgraded first.
