I haven't downgraded yet because of the risk of losing blu ray, which made me want to make this topic.

I downgraded it restored my ps3 but my blueray sill worked

haven't actually downgraded, but people have been saying that only non-NTSC consoles have been affected with the messed up Blu-ray problem. not sure if it is but I wouldn't attempt to downgrade anyways

You can fix the blu-ray issue. Several solutions have been posted.
