They didn't release this yet right they only release the dongle just not the update to JB 3.50? am i wrong?

I just got this in the mail like 30 mins ago programmed it and put a hermes payload on it and its not jailbreaking... WTF!

Exact same thing, got x3 today have tried Hermes v4b and several others. Wont jailbreak 3.5 I dont know whats not happening
