(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Im trying to downgrade my ps3 from 3.50 with an iphone 2g. I've done everything. I installed bootlace then openiboot and android. Then i SSH into the iphone and transfer the files. Turned ps3 off completely, then plugged in the iphone. Turned on iphone in android mode and turned ps3 on immediately after, but the "Wait_Device_Ready" thing never comes out.
Can someone help me. Am i doing something wrong?

What files did you transfer when you SSH'd into the phone?

These are the steps that I used to jailbreak 3.41 with my 2g iPhone. (dont know if it's the same method for 3.50 or not though)

1. Turn off ps3 and unplug power from the back of it. Turn phone off and back on into the "OpeniBoot" screen.

2. Connect iPhone to ps3 while ps3's power is off and unplugged from the power source.

3. Select the Droid setting in OpeniBoot.

4. Once there are a few lines of blue text on the iPhones screen, connect te power back to the ps3.

5. Once the white text starts on the iPhone, flip the switch on the back of the ps3 to put it into standby.

6. When you see "Init" on the iPhones screen, press the power button followed by the eject button on the ps3.

7. (for the 3.41 jailbreak on a Slim) I had to disconnect the iPhone from the ps3 as soon as the Login menu appeared on the ps3 otherwise I had an error message saying "An Unknown USB Device has been connected" and the jailbreak wouldn't work.
