I dont understand you say your ps3 is on 3.51 but there is no 3.51 do you mean 3.41? 3.50? 3.55? reply and then ill let you know

You cant jailbreak or downgrade on 3.55 as of this moment.

You can't jailbreak 3.51, cause 3.51 doesn't exist.
