I'm getting one soon hopefully, and am looking for JB.

ok so basically :
1. switch of your ps3 of from the switch at the back, make sure there is no disc in the PS3 (if PS3 Slim then pull socket out)
2. put in your Jailbreak Break device and turn the switch at the back of the ps3 on so the red light shows (PS3 Slim just plug socket back in)
3. press the power on button then quickly press the eject button. ps3 will take longer to load.
4. there you go. if you want to install PKG's have a look around on the exploits and hack forum

To install PKG's..

once in jailbreak mode (Using method above) plug in a DIFFERENT USB. that has the PKG's on it and then head over to install files ther ya go.
