I have copied Medal of Honor onto my hdd0 and edited the PARAM.SFO and eboot files, but when I'm in open manager and I click launch, it just sends me back to the XMB. If someone could tell me whats going on, I would appreciate that. Also, what else does Open Manager do besides backing up game?

Not every game can boot directly. Some of them require going back to xmb. If no game appears, then you also need to enter a disc (just any game). Btw what eboot.bin file are you using? That one I used didnt work for me :/
