Is it your account you can't sign into? or the beta itself?

If it's your account i'm guessing you so called friend stole it.

If it's the beta, last I heard there was a 24 hour lock on it if you game shared.

Because Sony doesn't ban people for gamesharing

i think the guy called sony tellin you scamed him and sonny baned you. if its your first time. You banned for 30days

it its your 2nd time: for 60 days and if its your 3rd time its FOR ever. /facepalm
