(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have just gotten a PS3 with Firmware 3.42 and Jailbreak. I am new to the PS3 and just want to confirm if it is possible to "play" online while using jailbreak. I know I do not want to update the system settings to upgrade the Firmware to 3.55, but can I connect the console to play Medal of Honor without any system updates happening?

You cant jailbreak 3.42 because theres no such thing, theres a 3.41, and no you have to update the ps3's firmwear and then go online unless you buy a newer ps3 and transfer over the files useing a ethernet cord but other than that no you cant go online with a 3.41 ps3.

This is not possible for now. But if you really want to play Medal of Honor online you can update. It's a matter of time before the fw 3.55 can do the same things as a jailbroken fw 3.41.

jailbreaking the 3.55 is currently impossible but Jailbreak online is possible but modifying the value in the downgrader to 9.99 which makes the system online but no blu-ray support
currently i am the or atleast i guess i am the only one who did it
