If anyone want to try to test this, make a pkg file with the .self file as a eboot.bin, make a param.sfo, follow any tutorial out on the web to make a pkg for the ps3, install it, then backup any data you may want and upgrade to 3.50. Then run the file and see if it works.

guys it is a total waste of time to install this... look up hello world programs on wikipedia that will tell you what it does. it is just the beginning

@arie Thxs 4 answering... Cause I remember when Hello World 1st came out nd all it was.. Was a background saying hello world... Nd I really didn't understand WTF the point of tht was..... But now I get it.

already tried that and didn't work. just got strange characters, like when u open the self in notepad

So basically I have come to this conclusion. For the next 5 days or so, nothing will even be ready for me(not much of a hacker) to just download straight to my PS3 simple and easy.

I will just refrain from asking questions like, "can I download th1s str41ght to my ps triple?"

I'll just wait for some smart kid to release a thread saying, "download straight to PS3!: Homebrew"
