(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I decided to make this thread because i recently was having troubles on getting FTP server on my jailbroken PS3. But with help of a thew NGU members i managed to figure this out with trial and error.

Ok there is a certain FTP server for Payload v4 and its also a backup manger becuase if you use the other ones you may get a nasty error.
Here is the download link. : You must login or register to view this content.

Step 1. Click the link and scroll down to backup manager.
Step 2. Download Gaia manager V1.04(this has FTP in it )
Step 3. Copy into usb and place in youre jailbroken ps3.
Step 4. Go to install package files , and click on Gaia manager V1.04.pkg.

There you go in 4 simple steps you now have FTP server on Payload 4.

whats payload 4? also i have a 3.41 slim 250gb and i have jailbroken it using a E3 card reader and could i just do your steps using the E3 card?

why would you run it off the manager anyway ive had it crash on me before and who wants to jailbreak now
