So here what im trying to do my blue-ray drive/reader is broke and im trying to get the game to start from my usb/external hard drive. Its under a folder "GAMEZ" and shows up in the backup manager as afro samurai. BUT HERES THE PROBLEM WHEN I CLICK LOAD, IT GOES TO THE XMB LIKE IT NEED TO BUT DOESNT SHOW/LOADS THE GAME. I NEED HELP PLZ

it wouldn,t work becuz u need a disc in the game to load to play any game from back up manager, so if ur drive aint working well.................. no luck

wrong. v2 doesn't need a disc inserted to run from hdd.

, but i could be wrong also but from what i know they has to be a disc running no matter what program u used

u are infact wrong.. i have gta iv backed up onto my HDD and i have the disc but when i go to run it i have the same error.. i'm sure it has got something to do with a bug in the backup manager.. it does not get the required eboot.bin file required to instantly start the game so there is another update coming out tomorrow 17th Jan 2011 saw it anotherb dude's post..
