But to answer your question, download the CFW, rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP and copy it onto a USB and put it inside a folder called UPDATE, then put that inside a folder called PS3

PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP

Then plug it into your PS3, System Update via Media Storage

And you gotta wait until we figure out how to sign the FTP server
