As for now this is the Final release.
I will find out all I can about this firmware and update ASAP !!
EDIT !!!! "1.2 with the latest fixes to game_tool2.xml", so some fixes on XMB game icons.
A problem occured while users TV MUSIC features with ps3 wernt appearing For example BBC IPLAYER Love Film Netfilx etc. All will now appear all xmb icons are fixed.

I think the one mad by kakarotoko or what ever only added settings that were missing for games. This adds missing settings for those EU players such as music player, bideo player, ect
Also i Find this to be very Humorous that some of you are saying "This is fake and made by some random dude" Um guess what so was the other FW, Kakorat said he isn't posting the FW just a file but not the compiled one, so technically everyone with CFW just downloaded some random guys CFW.
