my 3.41 ps3 stoped during the install of 3.41 cfw and said it couldnt be completed and that i need to contact tech support. it also gave me an error number. i tried shuting it off and turning it on, it just trys installing the same cfw and gets stuck at 64%. it would do anything. would doing this method fix it?

The 3.41 CFW is like the 3.55 CFW. Homebrew files doesn't work. They work only by Jailbreaking your PS3...

i saw it before lol, i just didnt download anything
i was thinking, since some 3.55 cfw dont let you install packages, why cant you data transfer the ftp thats already installed in 3.41 jb to the ps3 with 3.55 cfw?...idk shit about signing so idk if you have to resign the ftp for diff updates...cuz i know the app still stays there when you transfer to a normal ps3 but you cant run...thats probly because cfw/ofw cant do what the JB does...like with payloads n other crap...idk lol
