Im making this thread because of something that has really been pissing me of ever since the FailOverFlower ordeal begun. Now i Know i will probably get some negative feedback and for this and this thread will probably get closed but it needs to be said.

Ever since FailOverFlow released what they released(don't need to explain as everyone reading this will already know) almost everyone posting in this section of the site have been saying and I Quote"LOL this is FAF sony fails just like microsoft xbox" or "Sonys ****ed for life." and even "Sony Try and patch it, sony know we will just try and find a new way around the patch, this is turning into the psp!" and "It can't be patched, we have the keys!".

Thats all fine people have opinions but its when the members of this site who are just rolling with it and who don't know anything about it go and start making fun of sony saying they ****ed up. Now That piss me off because they have no idea what there talking about it the ps3 has been secure for over 3 years, where as all the other 3rd gaming consoles were hacked within a short period of time. NOW im not trying to act like i know everything that is going on with this but for all the Members PLEASE PLEASE Just dont act like you know all and were on the FailOverFlow team. Finally for all the people who are saying it cant be patched, just stop no one not even the FailOverFlow Team know what Sony has up their sleeves.

U really think people were trying to hack the ps3 when it came out /facepalm if they really only started hacking the ps3 when they took out OtherOS they would have been able to do this when it first but no it only got hacked in the last few months.

The PS3 was only secure for them 3 years because of the fact that OtherOS was there. The actual clever hackers only want Linux like failoverflow and they do the first essential work needed to get it back.. The PS3 was hacked in 12 months since the point when sony removed otheros thats when the hackers properly began work on the console if sony never did remove it none of this would have happened including the jailbreak.

well i was told theres a new update coming out soo a fix.. duno i dont care i pc game so ill keep my 3.55 cfw and not update
