(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys,recently my blueray drive got currupted from the CFW.to fix this problem you will need to open the system menu(forgot what the name was lol)


1.hold the ps3 power button down till your ps3 turns off.


2.repeat #1 again and it should double beep,now wait for the menu to load.


3.click #2 in the menu and click ok to everything,it should restart ur ps3 and ask you "do you want to continue" press yes


4.it should reboot again and now you can play games from disks,and ur done!


P.S: IT WILL NOT TOUCH ANY FILES ON UR PS3,IT DOESNT DELETE ANYTHING!

i was on 3.55 originally,then used the CFW 3.55 v1.2 by whatever that guys name was.so i did what everyone else did.

thats good okay then this post will come in handy for those who need it but i think this is a rare occasion ?

yes,i allways get bad luck,one time,my ps3 got ylod when i was going to host my first lobby LOL.

i got the same problem and it still wont load up

well,if so,i would try #3 or 4(cant remember) and if that dont work,the only other option is #5,which will restore the whole console.

ok i will , this not even funny, my 2nd ps3 broke in the last 5 weeks last one got YLOD

unlucky, i've been able to host for like 4days now :L not very exciting :L, i think YLOD is just a virus in your system or a hdd error ? i could be wrong, havn't looked it up

or your blue ray drive is going to break soon

i can host,i just put it on at the wrong time,and lost my ps3,i got a new 1 tho,and another 1 for free =D
