I Put Test.PKG On Usb Now Do I Click Install All Package Files Or Press X On Install Package Files

I Clicked Install All Package Files iT Said " No Installable Package Was Found "
When I Press X On Install Package Files Nothing Shows Up
Do I Delete And ReInstall
