My friend said its only deetectable if you use an app. If that true then I won't when I host. My friend has been hosting for a very long time and has never got banned or got a temp banned from sony. Thanks for answering my question.

I never got banned for doing Challenge Lobbies. Yes, Sony can detect you by the pkg ID ( BLXX 00000 ), but you can easly change it. By the way, I think that when geohot will release a signed FTP, someone will make it stealth (changing the pkg ID).
