that is the source too all the scene they were the folks that released the info on jailbreak first exclusively as well they wont charge ppl for a ftp server and ban ppl who post 1 because they want MONEY and to SCAM YOU for FREE DATA FROM PSXSCENE so go to the source skip the gossip here read the forums there it will become clear
