IM TRYING TO GET A VID UP AS OF NOW TRY AND WORK WITH THIS TUT
I KNOW ITS NOT THE BEST BUT I CANT SEE ANOTHER WAY OF EXPLAINING IT.
you starts you manager have a usb with a modded patch plugged in
use the manager to navigate to your usbs root
use the manager to navigate to you mw2 directory
Simple move it from your usb to the mw2 directory
Note im just taking mw2 as an example this complys for any game.

Testing devils now and no luck, Okay this is what i do, put the patch on usb root, copy the the from the left hand side to where the orignal is, when i done that i go off and start up mw2, go online and private and nothing happend. Please help?
